Requirements

• Charismatic leader who can inspire collaboration using data • Ability to collaborate and influence, sense of urgency, nimbleness, creative thinking, personal integrity • Must reside within the assigned region and have familiarity with regional healthcare stakeholders • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong public speaking skills • Bachelor’s Degree – advanced degree is a plus • 7+ years of experience in California working with health plans, counties, providers, and hospitals • Existing relationships with California healthcare stakeholders • Familiarity with health plan, hospital, county, and/or IPA business models • Ability to identify new opportunities and strategies that deepen MX’s work • Experience using a CRM to track and close opportunities • Ability to represent MX professionally with external contacts • Ability to travel as needed within California
