• Looking for a Director of Proposal Management to grow new business initiatives • Responsible for developing a robust New Business process, tracking and managing new opportunities • Lead the development of best-in-class proposals, creative assets, case studies, presentation materials • Own the RFI, RFP, and pitch presentation processes • Work with agency leaders and colleagues to staff and execute processes • Identify new market segments and assess prospective client challenges and opportunities • Provide regular reports and updates on activities, goals, and new business pipelines
Requirements
• 10 years of business development and proposal writing experience • Experience at an agency is required • Entrepreneurial spirit and sound judgment • Experience shaping business development processes, directing strategies, developing tailored proposals • Strong interpersonal skills for leading a team and coordinating with cross-functional team members • Experience with government contract proposals • Ability to manage competing priorities under a deadline • Excellent writing skills and editing skills
