• Our client is a leading fintech company specializing in innovative solutions for the financial sector. • Their flagship product, the Pingtree platform, connects lenders. • Business Development: Identify and target new lenders to join the Pingtree platform. • Conduct market research to identify emerging industries and opportunities for platform expansion. • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the lender network. • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Market Overflow and the Pingtree platform. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing lenders and clients. • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and issues. • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to foster long-term partnerships. • Sales and Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential lenders and partners to secure favorable agreements. • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technology teams to align business development efforts with company goals. • Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and client feedback to senior management. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Pingtree platform by providing insights and feedback from the field.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry. • Proven track record of successfully onboarding new clients and expanding market presence. • Strong understanding of the financial technology landscape and emerging trends. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
