Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related roles such as Customer Service and Sales Representative from any industry. • A candidate with background from in handling billing and retention is a plus. • A candidate with an experience in Ring Central is an advantage. • The candidate must be competent and proficient in using technology. • Proficient verbal communication abilities are required. • The candidate must have the ability to manage escalation over a phone call. • The candidate must be willing and amenable to handle volume calls. • The candidate must have own equipment and a reliable internet connection.
