Join us and be a part of our journey to transform the banking landscape. •Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that leverage both inbound and outbound strategies to generate new business opportunities. •Manage campaign budgets and maintain a calendar to track activities and progress. •Work alongside marketing analytics, data science, and sales operations to create dashboards and KPI reports that evaluate the success of marketing efforts. •Oversee relationships with third-party media partners to enhance brand visibility and top-of-funnel engagement. •Partner with marketing ops team to develop targeted email campaigns that guide audiences through a tailored buying journeys. •Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to identify key use cases or segments within the market that can inform campaign strategies. •Work with the creative team to produce timely, relevant content tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. •4-6 years of experience in managing campaigns and budgets effectively. •A background in Fintech or B2B industries •Proven track record in running multichannel campaigns across the customer journey, from brand awareness to customer advocacy. •Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound acquisition channels, including paid social, search, email, outbound, and content marketing. •Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo as your CRM and marketing automation platforms. •Excellent analytical skills, with a comfort in making data-driven decisions. •Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of an organization. •Self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning and growth. •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. •Strong problem-solving capabilities.
