• We’re looking for a highly motivated, proven Sales Engineering leader who knows SaaS and financial services. • This is a player/coach role where you’ll guide your team in delivering impactful sales engagements while also contributing hands-on to sales efforts. • This role is key to MANTL’s continued market growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field is preferred. • 7+ years of experience in sales engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. • Deep experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions, preferably in digital banking or financial services. • You are experienced with the origination process at a bank or credit union, ideally including account opening and loan origination. • Proven success in leading and mentoring teams, with a collaborative, hands-on approach. • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software integrations, APIs, and core banking systems. • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience tailoring technical concepts for diverse audiences. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. • Customer-first mentality, with a strong passion for solving customer challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction. • You can help drive a strong Sales Engineering framework - you will be working with leadership to assist in building out and refining these processes.
