• Successfully onboard mid to large sized customers with a technical product, ideally involving many system integrations. This will also require program management expertise to ensure repeatable success across multiple simultaneous onboardings. • Be excited to own the full customer lifecycle, proactively identify potential risks/red flags, and coordinate cross functionally to deliver on customer needs. • Understand the SaaS industry expectations in deploying new software. • Have past experience with the following: • SaaS solutions: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, SAP, Pegasystems, etc. • Container/Orchestration technology: Docker, k8s, RedHat OpenShift, etc. • API + RPA products: AWS API Management, Azure API Management Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc. • Value strong communication, presentation and leadership skills. • Love the challenge of owning a business critical function. Your excellent organizational and project management skills would positively impact the business. • Instinctively work and thrive cross functionally.
