β€’ Own the technical aspects of sales meetings β€’ Communicate product features and benefits in pre-sales situations to potential customers β€’ Conduct assessments of customer's requirements and define Nightfall solutions to meet their needs β€’ Demonstrate capabilities to prospective customers β€’ Design architecture/implementation to meet business and technical requirements β€’ Implement proof-of-value assessments β€’ Provide support and product presentations at industry-specific trade shows acting as the voice of the company β€’ Relay product feedback and feature request to product/engineering teams

Requirements

β€’ BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent β€’ 3+ years of customer-facing experience as a solutions architect, sales engineer, or partner engineer in SaaS, security, or data science β€’ Experience in full-stack development and software architecture patterns, able to understand how a wide variety of technologies and systems interact with each other β€’ Strong interest and/or exposure to data science, machine learning, information security, and/or distributed systems β€’ Great communicator, comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences β€’ Strong collaboration, interpersonal, negotiation, prioritization skills β€’ Experience working across the sales lifecycle and driving outcomes in a customer-facing environment
