Description

• Accountable for the successful and accurate implementation of Coverage Plan Sponsors. • Provide expert navigation for Advisors transitioning Clients Group Benefits plans to Manulife. • Serve as the subject matter expert for effective implementation of newly sold group benefit policies.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Group Benefits contract provisions, administrative practices and claims paying systems and funding arrangements. • Confident and expert negotiator with proven ability to build relationships and influence decision making. • Persuasive communicator with an ability to clearly articulate ideas and present information. • Mathematical aptitude. • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills. • Ability to make well-balanced decisions that take effective risk management and Plan Sponsor needs into account. • Excellent & extensive knowledge of Manulife Systems (preferred). • Bilingualism (English and French is considered as an asset) (preferred).
