Description

β€’ The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) leads a team in achieving sales targets. β€’ They support the Regional Vice President in driving sales and strategy for growth. β€’ Directly manage Mortgage Specialists to ensure sales performance and operational support. β€’ Monitor sales, provide coaching, and analyze performance trends for improvement. β€’ Collaborate with partners and assist in sales strategy execution.

Requirements

β€’ College or university degree in a related field. β€’ Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Mortgage Specialist or equivalent sales role in the Banking industry. β€’ Solid understanding of mortgage underwriting policies and processes. β€’ Knowledge of Salesforce.com (mandatory). β€’ Fully bilingual (French/English). β€’ Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advance level of expertise using Excel. β€’ Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to respond to multiple requests in a timely manner and to manage priorities. β€’ Excellent time management skills. β€’ Analytical thinking. β€’ Proven business acumen and prospecting skills. β€’ Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. β€’ Effective communication, organization and collaboration skills. β€’ Initiative, positive influence and ability to work under pressure. β€’ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
