• Responsible for acquisition of new Mortgage and Home Equity FlexLine business • Contributes to TD's Real Estate Secured Lending portfolio • Brings new banking customers to TD branch network • Develops referrals from realtors and builders • Conducts outreach and provides pipeline management • Acts as a subject matter expert on mortgage products • Maintains relationships with Builders and New Home Sales Brokers
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree • At least 5 years of relevant experience • Effective coaching and relationship building • Strong knowledge in New Home Sales Industry • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to influence and communicate change • Experience with B2B partners • Resilient in demanding sales environment • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and TD products
