Description
• Educate prospective students about our products and services and convert them into paying students. • Provide exceptional customer support to current students. • Create and maintain detailed student records. • Continuously create and implement new strategies to improve customer support.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales. • Proficient with technology and have a passion for learning new tools. • Self-directed learner with the ability to experiment to improve customer service/sales procedures. • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and learn new software. • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset. • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
