📋 Description

• Ensure a positive customer experience and strengthen customer relationships through professional, timely, and accurate order processing. • Process customer orders ensuring accurate and timely order entry, assign appropriate ship date, and shipping location. • Resolve credit hold issues with customers, accounting department, and sales. • Coordinate with customers and the shipping department to optimize freight costs and resolve delivery issues. • Manage customer returns in accordance with standard procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years plus related experience and/or training. • Ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment. • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
