• The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the renewable energy sector. • This position offers an opportunity to drive sustainable growth in a dynamic organization that is focused on maximizing shareholder value through the development of new renewable energy projects. • Driven by an insatiable passion for the Bitcoin mining industry and the energy sector, the Energy Group is rigorous in their analytical methods, creative approach, and thorough problem-solving abilities. • We build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders easily by influencing decisions with a collaborative, data-based approach focused on risk-adjusted growth.
• Bachelor preferred in engineering, environmental science, business, operations, management or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably within the renewable energy industry or related sectors such as clean technology, energy efficiency, or environmental consulting. • In-depth understanding of renewable energy technologies, market trends, and industry dynamics, including solar, wind, hydroelectric, biomass, geothermal, and energy storage. • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and close deals effectively. • Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to identify new business opportunities, assess market demand, and position the company's offerings competitively. • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, investors, and government agencies. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions clearly and persuasively. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, legal, and operations, to develop and execute business development initiatives. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and driving positive change in the renewable energy industry.
