Description

• This role will be part of a fast pace - high performing team tasked with tackling the challenges in designing, building, and setting-up operations for MARA’s data center facilities and major infrastructure improvement projects to optimize utilization of space, power, and cooling within operational data centers around the globe. • Responsibilities encompass various aspects of planning, execution, vendor management and coordination to ensure that infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to defined parameters. • Hired individual will work closely with the head of site development and will play a critical role in feasibility, front end planning followed by overseeing and managing datacenter projects from pre-construction stage to commissioning. • Travel 30-40% of the time within American continent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of engineering or construction. • 2-4 years of project management experience with experience in successfully managing engineering and construction projects from conception to completion. • Knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and construction principles. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives. • Basic understanding of Bitcoin mining hardware, power distribution, and cooling systems. • Familiarity with applications such as Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
