β’ Working under the direction of the Lead Consultant, this position will support technical implementations across all Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) marketing automation platform and other Salesforce products. β’ The role is responsible for technical delivery in line with industry best practices, maximising utilisation, and continually supporting Senior and Lead Consultants in completing tasks associated with projects or retainers. β’ Technical Implementation: DCs are crucial for implementing all Account Engagement (Pardot) and other Salesforce technical solutions assigned by Senior or Lead Consultants ensuring they align with industry best practices. β’ Client Support: Contribute to client success by supporting implementations, maximising tool utilisation, ability to conduct training sessions and continually assisting clients in achieving better return on investment (ROI). β’ Documentation and Quality Assurance: DCs are responsible for documenting deliverables, independently reviewing and testing solutions, ensuring quality and understanding among clients and colleagues. β’ A big element of the Delivery Consultant role is proactively developing your skillset and working towards new Salesforce certifications. β’ Working alongside an experienced team of Salesforce professionals, you will have the backing of the team to learn and grow in the space.
β’ Able to work collaboratively with the wider Consultant team across our client portfolio β’ Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building meaningful relationships with our clients β’ Enthusiasm for problem-solving and finding solutions to complex problems for our clients β’ Excellent communication skills, able to deliver engaging presentations and describe solutions in detail β’ Must demonstrate understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem including but not limited to MCAE (Pardot) / Sales Cloud / Marketing Cloud
