Description

• Responsible for project delivery across the practice. • Involvement in all stages of a project, from initial customer conversations through to project closure. • Engage in more complex projects and pre-sales conversations. • Provide feedback through implementation experience. • Lead customer engagements, implement solutions, and contribute to internal product development practices. • Expected to be 80% billable for their role, with projects assigned via PMO function.

Requirements

• Experience implementing Microsoft technologies in SMB/SME environments • Experience leading technical projects in SMB/SME environments • Facilitates collaboration and involvement with other team members as project work is distributed across various roles • Experience working in technical support/implementation roles • Strong communication and presentation skills • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft cloud and on-premises solution capabilities • Knowledge or experiences in any of the product areas listed (e.g., Windows 11, Microsoft Teams, Azure, etc.).
