• Implement Philips’ Health Care Information Systems (HCIS). • Deliver controlled implementation of assigned HCIS projects. • Provide technical advice on software and hardware upgrades. • Local responsibility for the technical components of assigned HCIS project installations. • Participate in training programs to enhance technical and application skills. • Improve Customer satisfaction through valuable solutions. • Liaise with Project Managers and technical teams during implementation.

Requirements

• Database administration, backups and recovery, tuning. • Experience with SQL and database systems preferably Oracle. • Knowledge of XML, .Net, HTML, IIS and SSL are desirable. • IT related medical standards: e.g. DICOM, Health Level Seven (HL7), and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE). • Demonstrated acumen for understanding applications implementation, network environments and web technologies. • Excellent communication skills with strong oral and written English-language knowledge. • Valid UK driving license. • Experience of working in a production environment against prescribed SLA’s.
