Description

• Drive client success and build strong relationships with Pressmaster.ai clients. • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new clients to familiarize them with Pressmaster.ai’s features and functionalities. • Develop and deliver training materials to empower clients to use the platform effectively. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular check-ins and feedback sessions. • Act as the primary point of contact in Customer Relationship Management for client inquiries and issues. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Pressmaster.ai services based on client needs. • Monitor client engagement and usage of the platform to ensure they derive maximum value. • Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues clients may encounter. • Collaborate with support and product teams to address and escalate complex problems. • Gather and analyze client feedback to understand their needs and challenges. • Share best practices and success stories to foster a community of engaged users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry. • Strong understanding of AI-driven technologies and their application in the media and PR sectors. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively. • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success software. • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive client success. • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • A collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional setting.
