Description

β€’ Manage client relationships and day-to-day engagement as the main point of contact for stakeholders β€’ Maintain understanding of data center infrastructure and the hardware/software platforms leveraged by Enterprise organizations β€’ Understand and provide strategic recommendations to drive partner channel ecosystem growth β€’ Identify and provide clear program objectives focused on sales and operational solutions β€’ Manage program finances including client billings of $4M+ annually and overall budget attainment β€’ Develop and deliver business reviews across multiple levels of client stakeholders including the C-Suite β€’ Oversee sales and technical engineering team performance by driving quota attainment and data trend analysis β€’ Develop and coach a team of leaders through daily performance management, training, and development plans β€’ Be a strong leader focused on knowing your people and understanding their motivations β€’ Deliver on critical timelines and deliverables associated with strategic planning and performance management β€’ Maintain staffing optimization through deliberate hiring practices and employee retention β€’ Collaborate frequently within MarketStar ecosystem β€’ Identify strategic initiatives to grow and adapt the program to market conditions

Requirements

β€’ Strong experience in a sales leadership role, with preference for experience managing managers β€’ Experience managing client or stakeholder-based relationships at all levels β€’ Understanding of the Channel Eco-System and how to maintain and grow both revenue and the number of transacting partners β€’ Track record of goal attainment in a sales role or as a sales leader (within office, hybrid, or virtual teams) β€’ Sales performance related to technical products in the IT infrastructure environment β€’ Experience utilizing and interpreting data and reporting in a sales environment to drive performance β€’ Proficient understanding of technology tools including CRM (Salesforce.com) and sales acceleration platforms β€’ Proven success working with other departments or individuals to achieve business outcomes β€’ Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally to a team, senior leadership, and internal resources β€’ History of developing and presenting business reviews in a live or virtual setting β€’ Demonstrated success in following, teaching, and coaching a sales process to improve the performance of others β€’ Understanding of project management fundamentals including time management, organizational skills, and holding others to achieving project milestones β€’ Aptitude for managing budgets associated with P&L and related business expenses β€’ Growth mindset for developing professional & personal aptitude and expertise
