Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in account management, partner support, or sales β€’ Experience in multifamily account management with proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets β€’ Online marketplace/SaaS platform experience a plus β€’ Proven track record of effectively managing a leads pipeline or book of business β€’ Proficiency in CRM software, specifically working with leads and opportunities β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients via phone, email, and video β€’ Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret and apply data to drive decision-making β€’ Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities β€’ Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments β€’ Ability to work within tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term initiatives
