Description

β€’ Responsible for account management of 300-400 customers in an assigned territory. β€’ Inspire customer loyalty and accountable for Telemedicine utilization growth. β€’ Monitor Web PAC study counts to identify subscription tier upgrade opportunities. β€’ Provide end-to-end subject matter expertise to customer base. β€’ Deliver on quarterly goals for account revenue growth. β€’ Provide accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts to sales leaders. β€’ Negotiate price, case volumes, and terms and conditions. β€’ Maintain Salesforce with timely and accurate profiles, notes, and opportunity information. β€’ Create and maintain strategic relationships that gain loyalty. β€’ Work in close partnership with Sales and Marketing Leaders to meet sales goals.

Requirements

β€’ 3-5+ years of successful inside sales experience. β€’ Animal health/veterinary or human healthcare industry preferred. β€’ Excellent customer service and business relationship-building skills required. β€’ Ability to negotiate and close sales. β€’ Strong communications skills including writing, listening and questioning. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly. β€’ Capability to absorb and articulate technical information. β€’ Highly motivated and goal oriented. β€’ Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment. β€’ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. β€’ Computer proficiency (Salesforce, Microsoft Office: Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook).
