• 4+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or account management, ideally within the tech, SaaS, or marketing space. • Proven track record in building and managing partnerships that drive revenue. • Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, especially in co-marketing, referral programs, and go-to-market strategies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to confidently educate and engage partners. • Analytical mindset with experience in using CRM and other partner management tools. • Ability to research, evaluate, and vet inbound interest by facilitating calls, analyzing data, conducting market research, and executing account mapping exercises. • Self-motivated, organized, and adept at balancing multiple priorities. • Know how to take ownership, operate autonomously, but also know when to ask for help. • Value taking action over process. Taking an idea, such as co-marketing, co-selling, or education, from concept to launch with partners is exciting to you.
