Description

β€’ Lenze is a global manufacturer of electrical and mechanical drives, motion control and automation technology offering products, drive solutions, complete automation systems, and engineering services and tools. β€’ The Key Account Manager will be responsible to maintain and expand relationships with strategically important customers. β€’ Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, while identifying opportunities to grow revenue. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

β€’ A technical degree is preferred (BSEE, BSME, Computer Science, Physics) or equivalent industry experience of 5+ years. β€’ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs β€’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with key clients β€’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, prioritizing workload efficiently β€’ Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities β€’ Ability to think strategically and execute tactically β€’ High levels of initiative and motivation β€’ Adaptability and quick learning β€’ Travel up to 50% is required
