📋 Description

• Lenze is a global manufacturer of electrical and mechanical drives, motion control and automation technology offering products, drive solutions, complete automation systems, and engineering services and tools. • The Key Account Manager will be responsible to maintain and expand relationships with strategically important customers. • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, while identifying opportunities to grow revenue. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional service.

🎯 Requirements

• A technical degree is preferred (BSEE, BSME, Computer Science, Physics) or equivalent industry experience of 5+ years. • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with key clients • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, prioritizing workload efficiently • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically • High levels of initiative and motivation • Adaptability and quick learning • Travel up to 50% is required
