β’ Lenze is a global manufacturer of electrical and mechanical drives, motion control and automation technology offering products, drive solutions, complete automation systems, and engineering services and tools. β’ The Key Account Manager will be responsible to maintain and expand relationships with strategically important customers. β’ Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, while identifying opportunities to grow revenue. β’ Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
β’ A technical degree is preferred (BSEE, BSME, Computer Science, Physics) or equivalent industry experience of 5+ years. β’ Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs β’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with key clients β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail β’ Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, prioritizing workload efficiently β’ Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities β’ Ability to think strategically and execute tactically β’ High levels of initiative and motivation β’ Adaptability and quick learning β’ Travel up to 50% is required
