Description

β€’ Fuel sales growth and market expansion in the Americas β€’ Manage Americas distribution partners and execute detailed plans β€’ Maintain successful relationships with distribution partners β€’ Submit forecasts, monthly reports, and feedback on competitive products β€’ Assist with product line recommendations, pricing adjustments, and sales policy changes β€’ Support territory sales and marketing plans β€’ Offer marketing assistance to channel partners

Requirements

β€’ 4 years technical degree (Engineering, Chemistry, Physics) β€’ Understanding of the distribution channel and the value they bring β€’ 3-5 years of account management experience selling to scientific industries β€’ Consultative ability to identify areas of concern in customer manufacturing sites β€’ Challenger sales acumen; value selling competency β€’ Persistent, winning mentality β€’ Strong presentation skills and a solid grasp of our products β€’ Proficient in project tracking β€’ Effective negotiation skills β€’ Ability to work independently and travel to distributor and customer sites (20-30% of the time)
