Description

• The CMO / Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the marketing of all products and services, the image of the company, and its agencies / vendors relationships representing the company. • This individual will serve as the subject matter expert in all marketing-related activities through various channels with the objective of driving revenue and attaining Maropost’s goals. • Operate as a key leader and set strategic long-term Marketing direction, priorities, metrics, goals, and overall roadmap to support the Maropost objectives. • Develop, activate, and execute multi-channel, integrated campaigns that builds brand awareness and generates leads by leveraging digital, email, events, partner, and sales channels. • Lead a cross-functional team of marketers and own the corresponding strategies related to the brand, communications, and partnerships. • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the executive team to be delivered weekly, quarterly and annually as part of the company planning and objective setting. • Design and review the Marketing department’s budget, and its integration with other components of the company budget. • Monitor and support the growth and performance of the marketing team and forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department.

Requirements

• 12+ years of marketing experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role (VP and above). • Prior B2B SaaS experience, E-commerce (marketing and retail) in multi-million-dollar organizations is a prerequisite for this role. • Experience in multiproduct organizations is highly preferred. • Develop, launch, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to drive customer acquisition and sales. • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic objectives. • Track and analyze campaign performance, using key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROI, LTV) to measure effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments. • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing marketing teams and fostering a growth mind-set environment. • Previous experience or in-depth knowledge of international marketing strategy (NA, APAC, Europe). • Proven capacity to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies and drive PLG (product led growth) to Enterprise growth. • Solid knowledge of core marketing channels such as SEO, web analytics, events, PPC etc... • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques – HubSpot is a strong asset. • A bias for using data analytics (attribution mindset) in decision making combined with project management skills. • Strategic mindset, with the ability to make impactful decisions. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
