Description

• Operate as an integral part of the European Senior Leadership team to define and execute on GTM strategies and consistent sales process • Build and execute the Sales strategy for Europe including defining target verticals, countries and identifying key prospect clients • Own and deliver on revenue and gross profit quarterly and annual targets of the Region • Cultivate relationships with CXO-level executives to build pipelines and drive revenue growth • Coach, manage, and grow sales leaders and their Account Executive and Account Manager teams towards solution and consultative selling • Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with key partner teams, including Vetting, Delivery, GNSO, Sales Strategy and Operations, Banking Partnerships and other teams in sales globally • Build a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and high-performing sales organization.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in Sales • 5 years of experience in managing Sales Teams and Sales Leaders with proven track record of driving and executing transformation towards solution and consultative selling • Thought leadership, as demonstrated by industry expertise in Payments, Retail, Fintech and Banking, with an ability to influence in complex situations.
