• Technical Sales Engineer (Pavement Engineer) covering the South of England. • Provide engineering and design solutions within the specialist area of Pavement Engineering. • Become the ‘go-to’ for technical design advice. • Engage with a wide range of customers and internal stakeholders. • Balance technical knowledge while communicating in an engaging way. • Create technical proposals and deliver engineering-focused CPD presentations. • Support development of new products, systems, and design methodology. • Network within the engineering community and share knowledge.
• Experience of working in a Technical Sales role, ideally in a similar industry • A proven interest in engineering and design with a natural curiosity • A love of building long and lasting relationships with people at all levels • The ability to manage your own time and priorities efficiently and proactively • A willingness to develop and grow your skills - we’d welcome your application if you are looking for the next step to enhance your experiences • A Civil Engineering related degree or working towards a relevant professional qualification with a good understanding of constructions standards such as; DMRB, specification for highway works, BS 7533 Design Standards, SuDS design manuals (CIRIA SuDS manual e.g.) would be beneficial • A full driving license and the ability to travel throughout the South of England, ideally living on patch
