• At Masabi, we’re transforming the way people move by making transit payments seamless for millions worldwide. • As Global Revenue Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue operations. • Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, this is a high-impact role where you’ll balance both strategic direction and hands-on execution. • You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to ensure operational excellence and continued revenue growth.
• Extensive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership, ideally in SaaS or tech. • CRM expertise (Salesforce required, HubSpot preferred). • Strong data analysis skills - translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. • Experience leading forecasting, pipeline management, and QBRs. • Proven ability to streamline and improve sales processes and drive operational efficiency. • Excellent stakeholder management, collaborative leadership, and influencing skills. • Self-starter with high ownership, bias to action, and adaptability. • Comfortable working in fast-evolving environments, with a problem-solving and solution-orientated mindset.
