• Lead both in-store and online sales performance for various retail channels • Develop and implement comprehensive Omni Retail sales and national account plans • Cultivate strong relationships with Merchant teams for in-store and online strategies • Lead, mentor and develop national account teams to achieve sales targets • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing campaigns
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience • 5+ years’ experience in the home goods industry with both in-store and online sales responsibilities • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals with at least one of the named accounts • Strong ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the organization • Well developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills. • P&L proficiency and ability to optimize return on investment
