• Provide expert technical guidance to facilitate the implementation of advanced high-performance concrete technologies • Engage in continuous learning about concrete technologies, new applications, and the construction industry • Articulate the value of products and solutions to customers and stakeholders • Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, R&D, and others • Lead the development of supporting materials • Represent and advocate for the brand at industry associations and trade shows • Cultivate and maintain industry relationships • Identify and pursue opportunities for product offerings • Provide expert troubleshooting and consultative support • Ensure adherence to company initiatives, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Construction Management, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry • Experience in cross-functional collaboration • Familiarity with the latest industry trends in concrete and construction • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong business acumen • Advanced computer skills across diverse applications • Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships • Effective planning and time management capabilities • Proactive and resilient with a strong drive for innovation • Willingness and ability to travel as required • Able to travel between US and Canada
