• Material Security is looking for a Sales Development Representative • Join our small, fast growing and highly experienced sales team • Build and drive our outbound sales pipeline generation engine • Collaborate with sales and marketing, nurturing leads • Set qualified discovery calls to lead to new business • Contribute to the overall success of our sales function

Requirements

• 6+ months in an outbound SDR/BR role and or related work experience • Has a passion for technology and software sales • Strong time management skills • Self-starter mentality - takes initiative to identify and solve problems with urgency • Passionate, hungry, and excited to work in a fast paced startup environment • Team player, approachable and offers to help where needed • Comfortable with making cold calls and writing quality email cadences • Sense of ownership for quota attainment and helping the sales team hit goals • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders within the sales and go to market organizations • Strong written and verbal communication and ability to create effective messaging to target accounts • Collaborative and coachable mindset - you should be excited about continuously improving your skills and impact • Experience with sales and or marketing tools such as Hubspot, 6sense, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
