β’ Utilize a consultative sales model to pre-qualify customers & schedule appointments for the Mathnasium Centers β’ Appropriately manage sales leads in our Customer Maintenance system (RADIUS) β’ Focus on First Call Resolution by scheduling appointments on the first contact β’ Outbound calling to follow-up with prospective customers β’ Demonstrate Expertise by successfully educating Mathnasium parents using the Mathnasium Sales Model. β’ Maintain lead tracking by logging all interactions within a specified time β’ Provide a positive - consultative sales experience to all leads β’ Meet daily and weekly/monthly/yearly quotas/goals and Key performance Indicators β’ Adhere to their schedules and attendance guidelines β’ Adjust to company changes and procedures β’ Demonstrate leadership qualities
