• We are seeking a highly qualified Bookkeeping Coordinator to join our team part-time. • As a crucial member of our finance team, you will manage bookkeeping for a well-established electrical and contracting company with over 50 years of operation. • The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. • Responsibilities include updating KPI dashboards, posting journal entries, creating financial statements, reconciling cash receipts, and more.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus. • Experience: 3+ years of proforma and budgeting experience preferred; 5+ years of accounting experience highly beneficial. • Skills: Proficiency in accounting systems, advanced financial modeling, and Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Knowledge: Familiarity with financial modeling principles related to mergers and acquisitions, comprehensive budgeting procedures, and 13-week cash flow forecasting. • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and non-financial stakeholders. • Independence: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
