Description

•Identify and target potential clients through various channels. •Build and maintain strong client relationships. •Develop and maintain knowledge of cost segregation methodologies. •Conduct client consultations and propose customized service packages. •Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations. •Manage and track sales activities using CRM systems. •Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate delivery of studies. •Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. •Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment related to real estate, finance, or accounting. •Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to understand and articulate complex financial concepts. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and engage with clients effectively. •Fluency in English is a must. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). •Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
