• We are seeking a visionary VP of Marketing to lead our Web3 marketing efforts and drive growth for our innovative platform • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of decentralized education and gaming while being part of a high-potential startup • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our Web3 platform • Lead brand development and positioning in the competitive Web3 space • Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, and community management • Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure marketing alignment with product roadmap • Build and manage relationships with key partners, influencers, and media in the Web3 ecosystem • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies • Manage marketing budget and resources effectively
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles • Proven track record in Web3, blockchain, or crypto marketing • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the broader Web3 ecosystem • Experience in building and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced startup environments • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Data-driven approach to marketing with strong analytical skills
