• Conduct analysis and evaluate benefits programs • Partner with the Manager, Benefits • Support the strategic development, design, implementation, communication, maintenance and compliance of US and global employee benefits programs • Responsible for day-to-day management of benefit programs including health, wellness and disability benefits • Manage the administration of leave of absence programs • Collaborate with third-party administrators, HRBPs and payroll • Provide outstanding customer service to employees for their benefits needs • Summarize and analyze various benefits data • Partner on the annual Open Enrollment process • Monitor federal, state, and local compensation and benefits laws • Support benefits-related projects • Develop and manage wellness programs
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • At least 5 years of proven experience in health, welfare and retirement benefits plan design and administration • Demonstrated, comprehensive knowledge of benefits programs and administration practices • Experience researching, modeling, and implementing new benefits vendors and programs • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems; experience in Workday strongly preferred • Well-versed in benefit administration systems (preferably Workday) • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; demonstrated proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and audits of large data sets • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
