β€’ Develop the Midland territory and demonstrate execution by meeting sales targets β€’ Perform product demonstrations, deliveries, and regular customer follow up visits β€’ Meet sales goals through collaboration with leadership and regular forecasting of opportunities β€’ Utilize a consultative approach with customers, and work to drive customer satisfaction β€’ Serve as key contact to customers β€’ Cold call potential clients and set in person meetings in hard to penetrate customer sites β€’ Drive appropriate product utilization and make recommendations accordingly β€’ Generate and confirm appointments through prospecting, building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business β€’ Build value-added relationships with prospects within assigned territory and develop new client accounts to increase revenue β€’ Actively participate in scheduled company meetings, conference calls etc. β€’ Maintain working knowledge of all MaxxForce products and services β€’ Fully utilize the company CRM and leverage it to grow a robust pipeline

Requirements

β€’ 1 - 3 years of experience with Outside Sales in a competitive environment with a record of success exceeding sales targets β€’ Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced sales environment with minimal assistance β€’ Demonstrated ability to learn the technical aspects of product offered and leverage that knowledge to execute on sales goals β€’ Ability to consult with customers and identify tooling solutions that address their challenges β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Highly self-motivated and results-oriented β€’ Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills β€’ Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook β€’ A competitive nature and a desire to WIN
