Description

• Responsible for ensuring accounting procedures and reporting align with GAAP • Manage and oversee the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes • Lead and manage an offshore accounting team • Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems • Conduct flux and variance analyses • Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data • Support internal and external audits • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, and Legal departments • Research and address technical accounting issues • Contribute to special projects focusing on continuous improvement

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA license required • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP • Exceptional analytical skills • Superior knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office • Highly self-directed and motivated • Experience managing teams, including offshore or remote teams • SAP experience a plus • Experience in both public and private companies
