• Serve as a cornerstone of growth for MBO Partners • Identify opportunities to introduce and place consulting talent into organizations • Conduct daily outreach to hiring managers and decision-makers • Document outcomes of interactions in our CRM system • Act as a trusted advisor to clients in crafting effective job descriptions • Negotiate and help close clients and candidates on project engagement details • Work closely with Enterprise Solutions and Lead Generation teams • Manage and/or mentor a small team of recruiters
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a focus on contract placement or consultant assignments in the staffing industry. • A proven track record in business development or sales, with a strong preference for staffing experience in the professional services, technology, or financial services industries. • Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and build rapport, with a focus on establishing long-term business relationships. • Strategic mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in a competitive landscape. • Proficiency in CRM software and a solid understanding of data-driven sales strategies.
