Description

• Serve as a cornerstone of growth for MBO Partners by leveraging a database of consulting talent. • Identify opportunities to introduce and place high-caliber independent professionals into organizations. • Conduct daily outreach to hiring managers and decision-makers within Fortune 1000 client base. • Document outcomes of interactions in CRM system to track progress and inform strategies. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients in crafting effective job descriptions. • Negotiate and help close clients and candidates on project engagement details. • Work closely with Enterprise Solutions and Lead Generation teams to refine outreach strategies. • Manage and/or mentor a small team of recruiters in adopting best practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a focus on contract placement or consultant assignments in the staffing industry. • A proven track record in business development or sales, with a strong preference for staffing experience in the professional services, technology, or financial services industries. • Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and build rapport, with a focus on establishing long-term business relationships. • Strategic mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in a competitive landscape. • Proficiency in CRM software and a solid understanding of data-driven sales strategies.
