• A Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth • Identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients • Promote the services of Onward to potential clients • Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue • Negotiate and close deals with clients to secure new business
• Minimum of 5 year’s experience in business development and sales, preferably in the staffing industry • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment process • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects • Strong organizational and time management skills • Bachelor's degree required
