Description

• Execute against GPO performance objectives for strategic customers • Build strategic plans with physicians aligning practice goals with economic success of GPO contracts • Drive strategic initiatives and deliver results for members • Manage compliance and differentiated contract offerings • Build and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive contract performance • Provide insights to biopharma partners regarding contracts and membership performance • Coach sales teams on GPO market dynamics

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent required • 7+ years of relevant healthcare experience • 3+ years of sales, consulting, or provider engagement experience preferred • Over 5 years of experience in business analysis and strategy development • Previous Group Purchasing Organization experience is a plus • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required • Strong service selling and client relationship skills • Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience working in a matrix organization • Strong project leadership skills • Highest level of presentation skills required
