Description

• The Director of Solid Tumor Corporate Accounts will lead and coach Solid Tumor Corporate Account Directors • Accountable for developing, communicating, and implementing strategic business plans • Expand corporate relationships with key oncology stakeholders • Work closely with various teams to align business objectives & strategies • Drive business results, culture and people initiatives aligned with the BeiGene mission • Oversee strategic business plans addressing corporate, regional, and brand initiatives • Responsible for compensation planning including salary, merit increases, promotions

Requirements

• Minimum of 12+ years of related pharmaceutical experience • At least 5+ years of frontline management experience • Experience executing physician network or IDN/Health System contracting and account management • Oncology therapeutic experience required; oral and IV oncology, solid tumor strongly preferred • Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience required • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, effectively lead a team by objectively evaluating various opportunities • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Record of successful leadership experience • Strong negotiating skills required
