Description
• Accountable for strategic operational planning and performance in GCO Franchise • Lead the Global Clinical Program Lead and Global Clinical Study Manager group • Collaborate with Franchise Heads to define strategies and priorities • Accountable to Franchise ERC, DCT and governance teams • Evaluate and develop strategic feasibility and budget estimates • Create, review, and provide input to maintain compound-level documents • Report on program/study status, operational KPIs, and quality KPIs • Drive process improvement initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline • 14+ years in the clinical trial industry • Project and Program management experience in multi-region/country clinical trials • 5+ years of leadership and people management experience • 3+ years of leadership experience at managing senior manager level or above
