• Responsible for portfolio planning, financial modeling, and execution of Ontada’s technology portfolio • Transform the fight against cancer and improve patients' lives • Reporting to the Technology Leader • Drive technology financial and vendor management, project management, portfolio planning, and business operations • Supports enterprise-wide special initiatives and builds relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience • 13+ years of professional experience • 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills • 10+ years of experience in technology, strategic planning, and business planning • 10+ years of experience leading a project management office • 7+ years of experience working in Agile Methodologies • 7+ years of experience as a project manager and/or program manager • 7+ years of experience as a people leader • 5+ years of experience with change management and technology executive reporting • 5+ years of experience with forecast/budgeting • Experience in agile Product Management and Product delivery • Healthcare environment experience is a plus • Life Science experience is preferred • Vendor management experience is beneficial • Strong oral and written communication skills tailored for technology, business, and senior leadership • Ability to lead communications related to large-scale technology projects and partnerships • Broad business experience driving execution and adoption of strategic technology programs • Ability to collaborate and influence in a cross-matrixed environment • Ability to bring clarity to complexity and communicate customer needs • Ability to prioritize strategic versus short-term needs • Problem-solving skills to drive outcomes/results • Balance of emotional intelligence (EQ) and intelligence quotient (IQ) • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%)
