Description

• Review draft contracts from pharmaceutical sponsors and negotiate changes toward a final contract. • Duties include reviewing clinical trial agreements, contract amendments, confidentiality agreements, and nondisclosure agreements. • Collaborating with Sarah Cannon Legal to ensure interests are clearly identified. • Communicating with clinics and hospitals to ensure that interests are clearly identified. • Negotiating with pharmaceutical sponsors and revising agreements. • Engaging in regular contact with contracting parties to ensure understanding of all parties. • Monitoring timing of contract negotiations to ensure timelines are being met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • At least 1 year of experience in contract language • Negotiating contracts in a Health Care Research setting strongly preferred • Experienced in negotiation strategies with proven success • Strong communication, adaptability, and attention to detail • In-depth understanding of complex contractual language • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships • Strong adaptability and problem-solving abilities • Proactive and self-driven attitude
