•Client Directors at Davies are the principal point of contact for our insurance market clients. •They build strong relationships with technical and procurement teams within client organisations to establish themselves as a trusted advisor, someone that understands their needs and can champion those needs internally to ensure a strategic partnership is built and maintained and a first-class service is delivered. •Commercially astute and excellent communicators, our client directors immerse themselves in their client to allow them to pre-empt challenges and proactively identify opportunities to enhance and grow the relationship.

Requirements

•Significant relationship management experience in the insurance industry •Excellent communicator experienced in identifying and building trusted relationships with influencers and decision makers within client organisations •Extensive knowledge of the motor insurance market, ideally in a claims management context •Proven track record of delivering profitable client growth •Ability to work proactively and autonomously to understand and respond to client challenges •Sound understanding of MI reporting
