Description
• The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) supports the business to source the best candidates to meet our current and future talent needs. • You’ll need to work with your customers to develop and deliver talent strategies to source the best candidates. • You’ll need to be proactive and creative to identify and manage the channels needed, these will range from using internal pipelines, direct sourcing, agencies to building the employer brand through partnerships with universities and colleges to hosting recruitment fairs and supporting networking events. • Along with managing these initiatives, you’ll be required to manage the full recruitment cycle for your customer, whilst supporting the wider HR Team to ensure Davies fulfils its obligations under employment, health & safety, and compliance legislation.
