Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business ownership, client success, or related roles. • Prior experience owning your own business or working in sales is highly preferred. • Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ), communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to act as an expert matchmaker. • Experience in quality assurance or customer success roles. • Confidence and charisma in front of the camera. • A client-centric approach to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction. • Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, human resources, business, or a related field preferred. • Former experience as a recruiter or in a sales role is a significant plus.
