β€’ Sown To Grow (STG) seeks an Executive of District Partner Success & Strategic Account Management. β€’ Drive best-in-class revenue retention, expansion, and student impact at scale. β€’ Cultivate meaningful relationships with key decision-makers and provide tailored solutions. β€’ Analyze data, identify trends, and support district leaders in presenting impact. β€’ Own expansion and renewal targets for specific accounts and manage the sales/implementation/renewal cycle. β€’ Foster a high-performance culture within the training and growth teams. β€’ Stay abreast of industry trends and identify opportunities and gaps.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field. β€’ 3+ years of experience in business development and/or sales in K-12 education. β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. β€’ Strong execution skills with the ability to deliver results independently and consistently meet objectives. β€’ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a variety of contexts (e.g., large group, small group, one-on-one, in-person, virtual, etc). β€’ Proficiency in Hubspot (CRM system) or other sales productivity tools.
