β’ Sown To Grow (STG) seeks an Executive of District Partner Success & Strategic Account Management. β’ Drive best-in-class revenue retention, expansion, and student impact at scale. β’ Cultivate meaningful relationships with key decision-makers and provide tailored solutions. β’ Analyze data, identify trends, and support district leaders in presenting impact. β’ Own expansion and renewal targets for specific accounts and manage the sales/implementation/renewal cycle. β’ Foster a high-performance culture within the training and growth teams. β’ Stay abreast of industry trends and identify opportunities and gaps.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field. β’ 3+ years of experience in business development and/or sales in K-12 education. β’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. β’ Strong execution skills with the ability to deliver results independently and consistently meet objectives. β’ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a variety of contexts (e.g., large group, small group, one-on-one, in-person, virtual, etc). β’ Proficiency in Hubspot (CRM system) or other sales productivity tools.
